Subprocessors

WebDevAuto operates the website design, lead automation, CRM, communications, AI, and advertising features described in our Privacy Policy. Depending on the features a customer enables, the providers below may process customer, lead, end-customer, business-contact, account, communications, media, or billing data on WebDevAuto's behalf.

Feature-specific processing: Not every provider receives data for every customer. Optional integrations and add-ons are used only when the relevant feature is enabled, connected, or requested.

Core Platform & Communications

Google Cloud Platform / Firebase — application hosting, database, authentication, cloud storage, serverless compute, logging, and related infrastructure.
Twilio — voice telephony, phone-number provisioning, SMS/MMS messaging, and communications delivery. May process phone numbers, call metadata, message content, and call audio in transit.
Deepgram — speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice-agent processing. May process call audio, transcripts, and voice-agent prompt/context data.
Resend — transactional and application email delivery. May process recipient addresses, message content, delivery metadata, and sending-domain information.
Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, invoices, and connected-account functionality. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe; WebDevAuto receives billing and transaction metadata.
Google Workspace / Google Calendar — optional calendar and scheduling integration. May process calendar availability, event details, attendee information, and connected-account identifiers.

AI & Creative Processing

Google (Gemini / Google AI) — generative AI used for selected drafting, analysis, classification, enrichment, and voice-agent reasoning workflows. May process prompts and the customer or lead context supplied to the enabled workflow.
Anthropic — generative AI used for selected drafting, analysis, creative-direction, and agent workflows. May process prompts and the customer or lead context supplied to the enabled workflow.
ElevenLabs — optional AI voice, music, and sound generation used by Ad Studio. May process scripts, creative prompts, and generated-media instructions.
Higgsfield — optional AI image/video generation used by creative workflows. May process creative prompts and customer-provided or generated media. A selected Higgsfield model may itself use a downstream model provider (for example, an OpenAI-branded model); in that case processing occurs through Higgsfield and its applicable subprocessors.

Marketing, Enrichment & Connected Services

Smartlead — optional outbound email delivery and sending-domain operations. May process prospect addresses, campaign content, and delivery metadata.
Apollo — business-directory lookup and lead enrichment. May process business-contact identifiers and publicly or commercially available business data.
Ayrshare — optional social-media publishing and account-connection gateway. May process connected-profile identifiers, social content, media references, and publishing metadata.
Meta Platforms — optional Facebook/Instagram advertising and social integrations. May process advertising-account identifiers, campaign data, audience or conversion data, and connected-profile information according to the features the customer enables.
Google Ads / Google Business Profile / Google Places — optional advertising, local-business, and location integrations. May process connected-account identifiers, campaign information, business-profile information, and conversion or location data.
HubSpot and Jobber — optional customer-directed integrations. When connected by a customer, WebDevAuto exchanges the records necessary to provide the requested synchronization or workflow.
DataForSEO, Google PageSpeed Insights, and Open Page Rank — SEO, website-performance, ranking, and web-research services. Processing is generally limited to website, keyword, domain, and other business/public-web data submitted to the relevant workflow.
People Data Labs and ZeroBounce — optional business-contact enrichment and email-verification services. May process business-contact identifiers and email addresses used in lead-generation workflows.
PossibleNOW / Contact Center Compliance — communications-compliance screening where enabled. May process telephone numbers or related suppression/compliance-check data.

WebDevAuto limits data sent to a provider to what is reasonably necessary for the enabled feature and applies contractual, technical, and access controls appropriate to the service. Some providers may maintain their own downstream subprocessors and processing locations under their published terms and data-processing agreements.

Change Notifications

To request advance email notification when WebDevAuto adds, removes, or replaces a material subprocessor, contact porter.websales@webdevauto.com. Customers with a written agreement that requires advance notice will receive notice according to that agreement; otherwise, this page is the current public disclosure.

Data Subject Requests

Privacy rights requests (access, deletion, correction) should be sent to porter.websales@webdevauto.com. Where a provider holds relevant data on WebDevAuto's behalf, WebDevAuto coordinates with that provider as reasonably necessary to fulfill the request.
