Program Operator & Sender Domains
WebDevAuto operates this email program. Email from us is sent from @webdevauto.com addresses, primarily hello@webdevauto.com (operational) and porter.websales@webdevauto.com (sales / strategy). Authenticated via SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
We do not send cold marketing or unsolicited bulk email from the primary webdevauto.com domain. Cold sales outreach, where it occurs, uses a separate set of secondary outbound domains with their own authentication and opt-out infrastructure.
Message Types
You may receive email from us in any of the following categories:
- Transactional booking emails.Strategy-call booking confirmations, calendar invites, 24-hour and 1-hour reminders, and reschedule notices, sent in response to a strategy-call request you initiated.
- Free Website Report delivery.The PDF audit and any access link associated with a free-report request you submitted on our website.
- No-show follow-ups.Up to three short follow-up emails over roughly seven days if you booked a strategy call and did not attend, asking whether you'd like to reschedule. Replying STOP, replying with a decline, or clicking unsubscribe ends this sequence immediately.
- Account & service email.If you become a tenant on our platform — billing receipts, invoice notices, security notices, service status updates, password resets, and other operational email tied to your account.
- Direct human reply.Replies from a person at WebDevAuto to questions, support requests, or contract correspondence you initiated.
Message Frequency
All email from us is event-driven. We do not send a recurring marketing newsletter from this domain. Typical frequency is:
- 1–4 messages per booking (confirmation, reminders, follow-up).
- 1 message per free-report request (the PDF delivery).
- Up to 3 messages over 7 days for an unattended booking, then nothing further.
- Account email is sent only when something happens on your account.
Cost
WebDevAuto does not charge for these emails. Standard internet data charges from your provider may apply.
Opt-Out & Unsubscribe
Every non-transactional email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. You may also opt out at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Replying with the word STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REMOVE to any message.
- Emailing porter.websales@webdevauto.com with the address you want removed.
Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days, as required by CAN-SPAM, though our automated systems typically process them within minutes. Note: transactional account email tied to an active client relationship (billing, security, service notices) cannot be unsubscribed from while the relationship is active — close your account to stop those messages.
CAN-SPAM Compliance
Every commercial email we send:
- Uses an accurate, non-deceptive "From" line, "Reply-To," and "Subject" line.
- Identifies itself as an advertisement where applicable.
- Includes a valid physical postal address for WebDevAuto.
- Provides a clear, conspicuous, working unsubscribe mechanism.
- Honors opt-out requests within 10 business days.
We do not use harvested or purchased contact lists to send mail from this domain, and we do not send mail to addresses obtained by automated means.
Privacy
Your email address is collected solely to operate the email program described above and to deliver the services you requested. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Email Communications Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Effective Date" above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
