HOW WE WORK · THE REVENUE STACK METHOD
Most agencies sell you a strategy and a deck. We use one repeatable method to build your revenue system and operate it month after month. Four stages — Discover, Architect, Operate, Compound.
STAGE 01
We map how leads actually find you, what happens when they call, and where revenue leaks today — geo-grid scan, missed-call math, and a teardown of your current stack. You leave Discover with a written diagnosis, not a sales pitch.
STAGE 02
We design the system: the website, the CRM, the call answering, the follow-up automations, and how they connect. Fixed-bid plan, signed before any code is written. You own the spec either way.
STAGE 03
We build it in four weeks and then we run it — month after month. Monitoring, deploys, lead routing, review responses, campaign management. The same engineers who built it keep it running. No handoff, no walking away.
STAGE 04
Once the system is live, we layer on what moves the needle next: lead ranking, voice agent, paid media, more service-area pages. Most of the value shows up after month three, when the pieces start working together.
Discover diagnoses the leak. Architect designs the fix and prices it. Operate builds and runs it. Compound stacks the next win on top — and the cycle repeats as your business grows.

Agencies sell a project and disappear. Every stage of our method assumes we’re still here next quarter — because we are.
Website, phone, and CRM are designed together from Stage 02 so they share one source of truth. No glue, no gaps between tools.
Porter or Alex runs Discover and Architect, and stays on through Operate. You work with the people who designed the system.
Most engagements start at Foundation — website plus customer system in four weeks — then move into the Revenue Operations Program once there’s a working system to run. Custom application builds get a paid two-week Architect sprint of their own.
Book 30 minutes with a founder. We’ll run the first part of Discover live — where you rank, what missed calls cost you, and what we’d architect first.
