Pricing questions

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contract on Starter or Foundation. The Revenue Operations Program has a six-month minimum because most of the value compounds after month three.

What’s the difference between the setup fee and the monthly?

The one-time setup fee covers building your site and customer system. The monthly covers hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and — on Foundation and above — running the system for you (CRM, automations, the helpers).

Can I start small and upgrade later?

Yes. Most clients start at Starter or Foundation and move into the Revenue Operations Program once there’s a working system to run. You only pay the difference; we don’t rebuild what you already have.

What are the add-ons?

Texts & Email Helper ($199/mo), the Ava call-answering helper ($299/mo), and the Ads Helper ($499/mo) — or all three bundled at $897/mo. They attach to any tier and do the work, not just advise.
