  • Lead enrichment via Clay runs nightly but the freshly-enriched records take 4 hours to land in HubSpot because of a Zap timing bug nobody documented.
  • Outbound replies hit Smartlead's inbox, get tagged as positive, then sit there because the webhook to HubSpot was wired but never tested under load.
