CASE STUDY

We built Mechai.
Then we built the machine that sells it.

A driver opens their phone, describes what their car is doing, and gets a real answer — not a code to go look up. That product is Mechai, and it is live in the App Store today. WebDevAuto built it, and WebDevAuto runs it.

The product

Mechai meets a driver in the moment something goes wrong with their vehicle — the moment most automotive businesses can only answer with a callback or a form.

The driver describes or scans the problem and gets a plain-language answer they can actually act on — what is wrong, and what to do next. It works on the phone already in their hand, where the car is. It is a real product with its own users, not a demo.

It's live, and it's earning.

Mechai is in the Apple App Store right now, with a growing base of paying users. We are not pitching a concept off a slide — we are running a real product with real revenue, and the number goes up month over month.

The four layers, on a real product

Everything we build comes down to four layers working together. Here is how they map onto Mechai.

ASSET

The product

A mobile app that helps a driver figure out what is wrong with their vehicle and gives them a real, plain-language answer. It is live in the App Store and built on a foundation that can grow.

UTILITY

The automated back end

The routine work runs without a person behind it — onboarding new users, keeping records in sync, handling the steps that would otherwise need someone watching a queue.

REVENUE

The sales layer

The path from a stranger to a paying user — how people find Mechai, sign up, and come back. It is live and expanding, not finished. We keep building it.

INSURANCE

The guardrails

Monitoring and limits that keep it working: what is breaking, what is converting, where spend is going. The product does not quietly drift off course.

This is what we do for every product we build.

Mechai is the proof, not the exception. We build the product, then we build the machine that sells it — and we run both. If you have a product to build, that is the offer: not a finished app handed off at the door, but a product that earns.

Build the product. Then the machine that sells it.

Tell us what you are building. We will scope it, build it, and can run it after launch — the same way we run Mechai.
